Seaside Elegant $16 Million Home in Seminole Landing North Palm Beach, Florida

Thomas Forbes

This over 6,400 square foot estate is in a golfer’s paradise in North Palm Beach, just north of Miami. The five bedroom and 6.5 bathroom home listed at $16 million is located very close to the clubhouse of the prestigious Seminole Golf Club. It’s also close to Lost Tree Club, another private country club with a six figure initiation fee. Sitting on 1.25 acres of land, the property features a five-car garage, a large backyard with a pool, a pathway to a private dock with a jet ski lift and of course a multi-hole putting green.

Marble floors and tall coffered ceilings make up the grand introduction to the large living areas and dining room. The gourmet kitchen has double islands with marble countertops, 60″ Subzero refrigerators and a free-standing Wolf range. This chef’s paradise is designed for both preparing meals but also a spot for gathering in style.

The primary suite features white oak floors, designer lighting and double French doors opening to a private terrace. The ensuite bathroom has a perfect atmosphere for recharging after a humid day outside.

The home also features a built-in wine chiller. Two more guest bedrooms have ensuite baths and their own luxurious amenities.

Ranked as one of the most exclusive and top golf clubs in the country by Golf Digest, Seminole Golf Club was established in 1929 and was designed by Donald Ross but has since went through many renovations. The club only has around 300 members including hall of fame quarterback, Tom Brady while former presidents and royalty have been guests at the course. The club prides itself being shrouded in secrecy so nobody knows exactly how much initiation fees and annual dues are, but some sources are suggesting it’s around $100,000 just to join the club.

The club hosts the Seminole Pro-Member golf tournament which invites many professional golfers as well as well-known celebrities and other athletes.
