Custom Designed $25 Million Deluxe Home in Henderson, Nevada

Thomas Forbes

This massive deluxe home just outside Las Vegas boasts six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms and has 14,000 square feet of living space. But the backyard is the most impressive with the amount of features it has as well as unobstructed views of the Vegas Strip and the rest of the town. The home was built in 2014 and is in the prestigious guard-gated MacDonald Highlands that is home to Dragonridge Country Club.

Resort-Style Backyard

The massive backyard features two pools (not a typo), spas, and seven waterfalls (you heard that right again). The top selling point about the backyard any golfer would love is a putting green you would spend hours on.

Expansive Interior

The home includes a chef’s kitchen and a cocktail bar with plenty of open room for guests. Additionally, there is a 12+ seat theater and a game room. A private wellness wing offers steam and sauna rooms. Another room has a full-sized gym with views of the amazing backyard. The estate also has five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, providing privacy and luxury for guests and family.

More Amenities

The already impressive home also features a wine grotto and seven-car garage with a gated driveway.

Dragonridge Country Club

Rating/Slope: 73.2/138

A 6,975 par 72 private course located in the foothills of Black Mountain that is approximately 15 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. The course has wide fairways and plenty of straightaways with plenty of deluxe homes on both sides of the grass. Some water hazards pose a threat to your score on hole 5 and 7. There are some but not overwhelming amount of bunkers on the course but still makes for a challenging experience.

The country club also features a spa, racquet club and athletic center.
